Today we will demonstrate the drying of sage blossoms. Sage is a wonderful spice and a great addition to any garden. It brings a wonderful show in the spring of fragrant violet blossoms. We hope you enjoy this short video.

The Cucumber Fence

This week we built a fence to try to contain our cucumbers and squash. Last year we lost several pepper plants to encroaching squash. We will monitor the progress as the summer progresses.
